Most orders are shipped within 3 – 5 days after payment is received unless the item is a pre-order or re-order (See question: What are pre-orders? What are re-orders?). You should receive your USA order within 5 business days from our ship date. International orders can take up to 10 business days.

Currently we only accept PayPal. But PayPal does allow customers to pay with either a PayPal account, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card or directly from your bank account.

Pre-orders are future items. Re-orders are items that are out currently of stock and are being re-ordered. Pre-orders and re-orders are not in our current inventory.

We discount most Pre-Orders/Re-orders by $2 USD off of the regular price. It’s a way of encouraging customers to pre-order/re-order and rewarding them for doing so.

We cannot guarantee time of delivery on pre-Orders/re-orders. The product manufacturer determines the delivery date of these items. Delivery on pre-Orders/re-orders are subject to change. To better assist you we will also post pre-Order/re-order status on their appropriate pages. The posted shipping date is the earliest date of arrival and subject to change.
